A large US media company that has 5 ad-tech products developed by different teams at different times, created for different roles: internal ad-ops specialists, managers of subsidiary agencies, large clients' marketing teams and SMBs personnel.
Bringing together product managers I was able to define key scenarios for all products and come up with the system that can accommodate their different needs.
The foundation is a single page component, to which all of 150+ previous screens of all the products now conform.
